~ Hey Ram !! ~

Its October. And I feel strange to think about Ram. In school days March was the time when Ram seemed the only force which can help me get New books. New bag. New dress. New friends. Most importantly a New class, in the next session.

Then I thought 5 Rs Prasad was enough for me to pass the final exams.
Many classes passed. The budget reserved for Parsad remained the same. Five rupees. Though the budget for Video games always got varied with the india’s GDP and inflation rates.

Come the results those five rupees got added to my Video Games budget. Ram’s visit was postponed till next March. Or till a New Crush. Or Whatever came first.

College changed the scenario. Chits oozed more faith than Ram naam.

Isnt it? We just go to temples,gurudwaras,Churches just to imbibe faith in ourself, when we fail to have self faith.self belief.

That doesn’t mean only weak people go to temples there are some weaker ones too.

The suffocating , self belief lacking void compels the souls to buy the parsada and get in turn belief they want.

See the power of 5 rupees. What money can do for you. Then they say ,money cant buy everything.
It can buy you belief, that too with a five rupee coin .What else is left.

Ram Setu project has been in the Air for quite some time.

Some doubted the existence of Ram. That indirectly challenges the works of Valmiki.Than according to their views he was just an author of fiction.In my terms he was Blogger of that time, putting his views by exaggerating every detail.That make me a succesor of Valmiki.

Accoridng to Valmiki,Ram was never a God. He was meant to be an ideal man.Maryada purshotam Ram.

His name meant to imbibe sacrifice, ethics,idealism in our souls.
Now it brings shame to my mind when I think of the ways we handled rather used his name.

Pre-independence Ram was used to implement the two nations theory.Post independence it was enough for baking the rotis for Policticians, in 1990 Advani tried to bake a blood drenched cake with it.Baked it.

And when ever they get a chance they are ready to reap in benefits of so called Hindutava”.


A chapter in Ramayan mentioned the Ram eating Shabris’s leftover.Politicos of today who claim to be Ram bhagat are eating rotis by dividing and seperating humans butts in the name of religion.

Ram chose Vanvaas to power when it came to ethics.Now our Politicos ethics fluctuate with the current statistics of MLA's and MP’s.


I Wish the Valmiki wrote just a fiction.And Ram would be saved from witnessing the ravenousness people sopping in the bucket of Greed. Greed for power.Greed for Ego.Greed for human blood.

I feel tired of the Ram who has now become a device used to get more marks in exams,to add value addition to the entry ticket of Gandhi’s Samadhi,to play the dirty chair games and boosting TRP’s of T.V. channels.

Let me experience the real Ram.The Ram with in.
